Vice City is basically an expansion pack for GTA 3 and it’s better in every way. San Andreas is on a whole other level with the amount of things to do in free roam. It’s my favorite. It would be cool to see a new city added to the GTA world though. Liberty, Vice, Los Santos, Las Venturas and San Fierro have been the settings for 25 years. I know GTA 2 is set in a place called Anywhere City, but the other cities are really the main places. I think Washington DC could be cool to see.
