Based on my case above: Go to the PS5 Video Output Settings and set the resolution from AUTO to 2160p Then go to âEnable 120Hz outputâ and turn this from Auto to OFF. Shows MW2 and MW1 Caldera, nothing about the campaign for the 1st game yet that's what I paid for, installed and yeh. Happened to me on my ps5 also. Was actually working on trophies and then it kicked me off the game and the option for campaign disappeared. Reinstalling didnât work.
